The story behind the beer

Dublin roots.
A fresh perspective.

Based beside the Royal Canal in Glasnevin, Changing Times brings together brewer Shane Long and the families behind some of Dublin's best-known pubs.

It started with conversations across pub counters: customers wanted something new, locally brewed and refreshingly Irish. Those conversations became a brewery.
